Through the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number or email address, the type of service and the content of your message. We use them only to answer the enquiry and prepare a quote.

The basis for processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and, once a contract is in place, performing it.

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without a phone number or an email address we cannot reply to your enquiry.

An enquiry from the form reaches us as an email. Data may be processed by the companies that provide our technical services: the website hosting provider and the email provider. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for marketing purposes.

The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). It checks that a person, not an automated script, is filling in the form, and to do so it processes the IP address and basic browser information. It does not set tracking cookies and is not used for advertising.

We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to handle the enquiry. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for the period required by law, for example by tax regulations.

The server keeps in memory the IP address of whoever sends the form and the time it was sent, in order to limit enquiries to five per 10 minutes and protect the mailbox from spam. This record goes into no database and is cleared when the server restarts.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

The site currently uses no analytics or marketing tools. We save your choice from the cookie banner in your browser's storage (localStorage) so that we do not ask again. You can change the settings at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.

If we add analytics or marketing tools, they will run only after you consent, and this page will be updated to describe them.

The site links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Once you follow those links, the privacy rules of those services apply.
